Role Overview

As a Mandarin Speaking Sales & Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting pre-existing client accounts. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Client Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders.
  • Order Processing & Upselling: Manage order processing for daily, weekly, and monthly reports, while identifying opportunities for upselling new products to clients.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Oversee all stakeholder and client relationships, ensuring high standards of service and satisfaction.
  • Logistics Coordination: Handle inquiries related to couriers and outgoing/incoming deliveries, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Contribute to monthly reports, forecasting, and calendar collaboration to support business planning.
  • Website Management: Assist in managing website updates and enhancements to improve user experience.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in Mandarin (both written and verbal) is highly regardedr customer service, preferably within the pharmaceutical or health sector.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and reporting.
  • Self-Motivation: A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using various software applications and systems for order processing and reporting.
