Job Details – Civil Labourer & Operator Roles
Pay Rates & Allowances:
- $35 to $45 per hour based on experience
- Penalties for overtime and weekend work
- Daily travel and meal allowances included
Work Hours & Schedule:
- Day shifts beginning at 6:30 AM
- 8 to 12-hour shifts available depending on the project
- Monday to Friday with weekend work as required

Requirements – What We’re Looking For
To succeed as a Skilled Civil Labourer or Operator, you’ll need the following:
- Proven civil construction experience
- Valid White Card (Construction Induction Card)
- RII Earthmoving Machinery Tickets (essential for operators)
- PPE and a reliable vehicle
- Current driver’s licence
A strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to follow site safety procedures are a must. You should also be ready to work under varying site conditions and be physically fit for labour-intensive tasks.
