About the Role
Our growing HVAC team in Sydney NSW is actively hiring enthusiastic and qualified HVAC Air-conditioning Service Technicians. In this full-time position, you will:
- Install and commission various air-conditioning units including DX systems, split-ducted units, and packaged systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and efficient fault diagnosis on commercial AC setups.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to maintain service standards and project timelines.
- Represent the brand with professionalism, and maintain strong working relationships with clients.
- Join the after-hours rotating roster to support urgent service needs.
This position suits experienced technicians who enjoy both independent work and team collaboration, while delivering technical excellence and customer satisfaction.
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking candidates who bring a strong work ethic and solid HVAC technical foundations. To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Proficiency in commercial air-conditioning systems, including DX plants and electronic controls.
- Experience in diagnosing complex faults and providing effective repair solutions.
- Sound knowledge of HVAC safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Strong organisational and communication skills to manage daily tasks and liaise effectively with clients.
- A NSW residency and the ability to work full-time onsite or across client locations.
Required Licences and Certifications:
- Certificate III/IV in Air-conditioning or equivalent HVAC trade qualification.
- Current Refrigerant Handling Licence (RHL).
- A valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
- At least 12 months of hands-on experience in HVAC servicing and maintenance.
