Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead early years educational experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Guide classroom pedagogy and shape curriculum based on children’s interests
- Collaborate with centre directors to implement centre-wide initiatives
- Foster partnerships with families for holistic child development
- Maintain compliance with national regulations and Goodstart’s safety policies
- Support teacher registration processes (where applicable)
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
- Current Queensland Working with Children Check
- First Aid certification
- Queensland Teacher Registration (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
