Key Responsibilities
As the Assistant Director, you will:
- Support Leadership: Collaborate with the Centre Director to lead a team committed to providing high-quality early learning and care.
- Mentorship: Guide and develop the capabilities of the centre team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Operational Management: Oversee the centre’s operations in the Centre Director’s absence, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Implement Best Practices: Utilize and promote the Goodstart Practice Guide to maintain high standards of education and care.
About Goodstart Roxburgh Park Sommeville Drive
- Location: 61-65 Sommeville Drive, Roxburgh Park VIC 3064.
- Capacity: Approved for 75 places.
- Operating Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Educational Approach: Programs are based on children’s individual needs and interests, aligning with the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Facilities: Age-appropriate play spaces, sensory and play-based learning environments, and a cook on premises providing healthy meals.
