Key Responsibilities

Architect and Develop Odoo Modules

Design, customize, and develop advanced Odoo modules that align with business processes and strategic objectives. Ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and maintainable.​

Lead Integration Efforts

Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and internal systems to facilitate seamless data flow and operational efficiency.​

Provide Technical Leadership

Offer technical guidance to the development team, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.​

Optimize Database Performance

Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases, addressing performance bottlenecks and ensuring data integrity.​

Collaborate Cross-Functionally

Work closely with business analysts, QA teams, and project managers to gather requirements and deliver projects on time.​

Support Upgrades and Migrations

Oversee Odoo version upgrades and data migrations, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining data accuracy.​

Mentor Junior Developers

Guide and support junior developers, fostering their technical growth and encouraging a collaborative team environment.​

Stay Updated with Industry Trends

Keep abreast of emerging trends in the Odoo ecosystem and broader software development practices to continuously improve solutions.​

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience: Over 5 years of professional experience in Odoo development with a strong portfolio of successful implementations.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Odoo Community edition.

  • Strong command of Python and PostgreSQL.

  • Experience with web services and third-party integrations (REST APIs, XML-RPC).

• Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle complex technical challenges.
